service available to all pet owners in Madison County who have questions about their animal's behavior or are experiencing behavior issues with their companion animals. Our behavior counselor can provide recommendations on everything from housetraining to destructive chewing. We can help with your cat questions, too! To reach the Helpline call our office at 828-649-9798 and follow instructions for leaving a Helpline voicemail. Our Pet Behavior Helpline volunteer Pia Cash has many years of experience educating the public on pet ownership and is trained in resolving common behavior issues. Some behaviors cannot be safely addressed over the phone, and in those cases we advise partnering with an area dog training professional.
